It’s been a busy year here at Trim-Tex: we went to new places, we met new people and, yeah, we acquired a whole business, allowing us to offer the industry’s most comprehensive line of interior and exterior finishing beads. As we do at the end of every year, we’ve been reflecting on the stories and the solutions that connected with our customers, so we can better serve you in 2026. And we’re betting it’s been a busy year for you, too — here were the top drywall products you sprayed, stapled, mudded, sanded and painted in 2025!

No matter how many new innovations or fancy finishing solutions we introduce, sometimes there’s nothing quite like the original — the most popular drywall finishing product Trim-Tex offered in 2025 was our classic, soft-profile Corner Bead. Our customers have loved its smooth, slightly rounded profile, straightforward installation and reliable resilience for decades. 2. Tear Away® L Bead

Next up, another heavyweight: the always-dependable Tear Away® L Bead. We’ve seen this bead used in everything from small, single-family homes to gigantic high-rises, and it’s not hard to see why. It’s simple yet effective, leaving behind the cleanest-possible drywall edges against windows, doors and everything in between. 3. 847™ Spray Adhesive

847 Spray Adhesive is yet another beloved Trim-Tex classic for drywall finishers across the world. Why? A can of this glue and a vinyl corner bead go together like peanut butter and jelly, making the installation process easier and the bond to the drywall unbeatably strong. 4. Fire Rated 093V Expansion

This choice — coming from our line of in-demand Fire + Sound Solutions — has become increasingly popular in commercial construction in the last few years. Building codes typically require the installation of a control joint every 30 feet of unbroken wall space to prevent cracking, and other building codes require many of these control joints to be fire rated.
