SoBro Tower is a 33-story mixed used building in the heart of Nashville, TN featuring a 313-unit apartment and 18,000 sq ft of retail/restaurant space.
Super L Bead was used on this project to save considerable time finishing the window returns throughout the building. The length of the return leg on the Super L Bead spanned the distance between the window and the return edge of the drywall eliminating the need to finish the window return with drywall.
SoBro also used Deflection Bead to create finished edge where the drywall meets the concrete deck. Deflection Bead features a compression gasket that moves with building deflection to maintain a clean crisp finished edge.
