Kohler Lodge, a four-diamond hotel, located in the Titletown District, features 144 guest rooms that incorporate the luxurious amenities of Kohler Co. A fifth floor panoramic restaurant, bar and cigar terrace boasts views of Lambeau Field.
To protect the luxury hotel from unsightly cracks, Elness Swenson Graham Architects incorporated Trim-Tex Wall Mounted Deflection Bead into the designs. This product features a co-extruded flexible gasket that is designed to compress under deflection, preventing drywall cracks. The product features a tear off strip that is removed after installation, allowing the finisher to easily leave a clean straight finished mud edge.
To save on labor and installation cost, the windows at Kohler Lodge features Flat Tear Away Bead. The tear away strip leaves a clean, finished edge that will maintain a high-end look. On the top floor of Kohler Lodge, Flat Tear Away Bead was used with acoustical caulking to achieve the proper Sound Transmission Class.
