Schnitz/Muzzy/Trim-Tex Take Chicago!
After struggling with performance limiting issues since the NHRA Pro Stock Motorcycle season opener in Gainesville, Ryan Schnitz put the Trim-Tex/Muzzy Buell in the winners circle at sponsor Trim-Tex's hometown race in Chicago. "Joe Koenig (Trim-Tex president and fine motorcycle drag racer in his own right) is ecstatic,"said Schnitz. "He's very happy to win this event. He used to sponsor the AMA/Prostar event that was here and he sponsors the local bike event here, so he's really excited about this win."

Trim-Tex Proudly Sponsors Larry McBride and his Top Fuel Motorcycle Drag Racing Team

Larry "Spiderman" McBride is the elder statesman of Top Fuel motorcycle drag racing. Partnered with brother Steve,the McBrides have been racing supercharged, nitro-burning motorcycles for over 20 years.McBride has left his mark on the sport. He was the first rider to run under the 6.50 second elapsed time barrier, setting the record of 6.49-seconds in 1991 - a mark which could not be broken for three years. He also garnered the 1991 AMA/Prostar Top Fuel Championship.McBride received the "Spiderman" moniker in 1980 at the NHRA U.S. Nationals when an announcer commented on his trademark riding style of "crawling" around on the bike to keep it in the groove.

06/29/03 St. Louis, MO - Winning the Craftsman race on the Craftsman sawblade bike and the high honor of the best engineered vehicle of the event Scali establishes himself as the #1 points leader in the 2003 NHRA POWERADE Pro Stock Bike class - never relinquishing his 1st place position from this point on.

08/03/03 Sonoma, CA - For the 2nd time this season, POWERADE points leader Scali denied Harley-Davidson its 1st NHRA Pro Stock Bike victory. This win and Scali's year-long raceday consistency has him leading the defending three time champion, Angelle Savoie, by 188 points.

11/10/03 Pomona, CA - Geno Scali crowned 2003 NHRA POWERADE Pro Stock Bike World Champion - with a thrilling trophy presentation in front of 80,000 fans as well as millions of viewers at home.
