Standard Sanding Block

Trim-Tex now offers a standard size sanding block. The block measures 2 ¾" x 1" x 4" and is available in medium and fine grits. The block also features the Trim-Tex exclusive radius edge which prevents unwanted scuffing and gouging of the drywall compound. Single Angle Sanding Block is available in medium and fine grits.

Dual Angle Sanding Block

The Trim-Tex Dual Angle Sanding Block is 40% larger than standard blocks. Measuring in at 5" X 3 1/4" this premier sanding block features two tapered edges to simplify corner sanding and the Trim-Tex exclusive radius corner. The radius corner prevents scratching and gouging of the drywall compound while the tapered edge prevents unintentional sanding of the opposite wall. The Dual Angle Sanding Block's universal design features two sides with a medium grit and two sides with a fine grit, making this the only block you'll ever need.

Single Angle Sanding Block

The Single Angle Sanding Block is also 40% larger than standard blocks and features a steep tapered edge to simplify corner sanding and the Trim-Tex exclusive radius corner. The radius corner prevents scratching and gouging of the drywall compound while the tapered edge prevents unintentional sanding of the opposite wall. The Single Angle Sanding Block is available in medium and fine grits.

Sanding Sponge

The Trim-Tex sanding sponge is a 4" x 5" flexible pad with a fine grit. It easily conforms to all Bullnose and Chamfer Beads for perfect detail sanding. The sanding sponge can be used to finish the transition between vinyl beads and injection molded corners. The sanding sponge is also great for light sanding of 3/4" & 11/2" Archway Bullnose beads.

Radius 360 Sanding Tool & Sanding Discs

The revolutionary Radius 360 Sanding Tool features a full 9" diameter, die-cast aluminum head with wide pivot brackets giving the tool unique side-to-side, up and down, and circular mobility. The round design virtually eliminates flipping and the associated surface scratching and gouging. The ability to change direction quickly without having to lift the pad off the wall is a huge advantage over the conventional method of sanding drywall. Sanding with the Radius 360 Sanding Tool is up to three times faster than using a conventional sanding pole with superior results. The tool features a ½" thick detachable foam pad that forms to the wall, providing a smooth and even finish. Unlike conventional sanding poles, the foam pad allows the sanding disc to wear evenly, greatly increasing the life of the disc. The foam pad and the sanding disc utilize hook and loop backing that attach evenly and securely while being easy to replace. The Radius 360 product line was developed by Full Circle International™ and is now stocked by your number one source for drywall beads and accessories, Trim-Tex Inc.
